A plan only pays off when people act on it.
Marketing and AI implementation
Most businesses don’t need more marketing tactics or more AI tools. They need a strategy that ties the work together.
Marketing
Nicole helps you find what makes your business different, turn it into strategy and messaging that reaches the right buyers, and measure every program against clear metrics. The goal is B2B lead generation that turns into sales, with a plan that improves as the results show what’s working.
AI implementation
Nicole helps you find the work your business can systemize, often far more than owners expect, and put AI and automation in place in a way your team will actually use. Set up properly, it takes repetitive work off people’s plates so they have more time for the thinking only they can do.
How Nicole works
-
Understand the business
She asks questions, challenges assumptions and learns your priorities before recommending anything. One client told her she answers questions before they’ve had a chance to ask them.
-
Bring people along
She explains the plan clearly, listens to concerns and helps your team adopt the changes, earning agreement at each stage.
-
Deliver with the right team
She leads a team of project managers and specialists with focused expertise, and draws on WSI’s global network. If she doesn’t have the answer, she knows someone who does.
Career background
Much of Nicole’s career was change management, which is marketing at its core: people resist new systems until someone shows them a good reason to switch.
The business side
Nicole started in operations, working with the systems a business relies on every day. When a project meant moving large amounts of data between systems that didn’t fit together neatly, she built her own tools to clean, format and move it. She was building practical automation tools long before today’s AI tools became widely available.
The technology side
Understanding both the business and the technology took her into technology leadership. As Director of Implementation and Integration, she managed a global team across five locations and led the work of bringing two companies’ systems together after an acquisition. Her rule was simple: every problem is solvable if you’re creative enough about the solution.
Why she joined WSI
Nicole joined WSI in 2018 to build a business of her own, grounded in close working relationships and in seeing the right work through from the first plan to the final result. Today she works as a thought partner to business owners and marketing leaders.
